Most recently, I helped Orbit Baby develop and manufacture the next generation of Strollers, and an upcoming killer accessory. I am also a cofounder of Econetix, a start-up with a consumer focused for helping people save energy. My diverse design skill set enables me to engage challenges in the realm products, user experiences, business strategy and branding. Central to my design process are abilities to communicate visually, prototype in a variety of media, and function effectively in diverse teams. Before I was a designer, I worked in aerospace as a mechanical engineer and program manager, and co-founded the Boston chapter of GOTO, a charity that sends inner-city middle school children to arts and music summer camp.

I love the variety and expansive experiences to which the design process can be applied. I became an engineer to learn how to solve problems, but not until I became a designer did I realize that 'problems' aren't the only things that can be solved. Design and the design process can be applied to so many different spheres of life, industry, and business. Through design, I will make the world more liveable.
